adidas celebrates Virgin Active Soweto’s first birthday

adidas and Virgin Active Soweto will host a special adi-active run to celebrate the gym’s 1^st birthday on Heritage Day, 24 September 2012.

“Following from the good response on the Women’s Day adi-active runs, we decided to continue recognising special days like Heritage Day by staging a special adi-active run. This also fitted perfectly with the celebration of Virgin Active Soweto’s birthday,” says Zobuzwe Ngobese, Public Relations Manager at adidas South Africa.

Get your running shoes on and join the Heritage Day adi-active run. This 5km race kicks off at 8:30 and is the perfect way to celebrate both special occasions. The adidas team will be on hand to give advice on the right running shoe for you and you can even take your preferred pair for a spin. Pssssst! Be there at 8:00 to get fitted with the shoes.
